These packages all include a change to your rank, payments are cumulative, e.g. getting Champion rank subtracts that amount from the other packages for upgrading.
NOTICE: If you plan on buying a rank, it is beneficial to buy the cheaper ranks first so you receive as many rewards as possible. Remember buying a rank gives you a discount for the next rank you get.
